Krav Maga - Is the official self defence system of the Israeli   Defence Forces (IDF) and one of the fastest growing most widely practiced self-defence systems in the world today, being particularly strong in Europe, and the US, where it forms part of the defensive tactics syllabus for many Police, security & military units operating in those regions.

The Krav Maga system was developed for one specific purpose, to teach men and women, civilian, law enforcement and military, practical self-defence in the shortest possible time. The system has been tested and constantly improved and now represents on of the most efficient and effective self-defence systems available in the world today.
